Note: You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given to you, you can no longer cancel.

Damages and Issues: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will accept responsibility for mistake after evaluation and make it right with you.​

False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a chargeback. Not only is this action unethical, but it could physically harm the operations of a small business. ​
